About Our Partnership
Xponential Growth Solutions and Fiduciary Education are proud to join Episcopal Children’s Services in their mission to incorporate the latest research and proven best practices to help Florida families raise children who are ready to learn when they enter school. With support from a variety of private and public sources, ECS’s dedicated professionals work with families and caregivers to promote children’s physical and mental health, motor development, cognitive development and general knowledge, social and emotional development, and language and communication skills.
ECS strives to provide every possible learning opportunity at the earliest possible age through guided experiences and discovery-oriented approaches, teacher support for growth and development, promoting reflective problem solving, and lifelong learning. Your company or organization’s participation results in a direct contribution to these programs!

Head Start/Early Start
Free program for children of families with low incomes, providing comprehensive early learning in both center-based and home-based settings.
School Readiness
School Readiness, also known as subsidized childcare services, available for families with qualified need.

A program designed to improve the quality of teacher/child interactions, learning environments, and school readiness for children in the community.
